Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms apply when you use the DeepGrub website and its recommendation services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What DeepGrub is
DeepGrub is an AI-powered recommendation service. It generates food-and-drink set suggestions based on inputs you provide — such as location, budget, and preferences — using data gathered from multiple sources. DeepGrub is an information and discovery tool: we are not a restaurant, a marketplace, or a delivery service, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a venue.
2. Prices and availability are indicative
Projected prices shown in the Service are estimates built from multiple data sources. Actual prices, menus, opening hours, and availability are set by each venue and can change at any time without notice. Always confirm details with the venue before ordering or visiting. DeepGrub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, price, or recommendation.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service without our written permission.
- Do not use the Service to submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content (including through the contact form).
- Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or claiming a business.
4. Business listings
Venue and product information may be compiled from public sources, partners, or submissions. If you represent a venue and believe information about your business is inaccurate, or you wish to claim or update your listing, contact us at hello@deepgrub.com.
5. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, text, and branding — is owned by DeepGrub or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks shown in listings belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepGrub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on recommendations, projected prices, or venue information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Changes to the Service and these terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
